We're a couple of New Yorkers who grew up loving good food and sharing it with the people around us. After hearing for years from friends and family that we should open a restaurant, we finally decided to take the plunge—packed up, moved to Florida, and started our own food truck.
Our specialty? The legendary New York chopped cheese, along with other favorites that remind us of home.
